This 6,000SF Dental Juggernaut boasts 14 operatories, a large sterile and 2 high end production labs. This building currently hosts 5 doctors offering a variety of dental specialties. This build came with several challenges, most notably the site, with road construction and widening going on at the entrance of the site and not all utilities yet brought in. Van Bebber and Associates had to work closely with the municipalities, Utility companies and road crew to navigate the force main over 700’ to make the sewer connection without slowing up work, effecting other businesses around or road works progress.
